Mimico Branch Asylum, 1892?. In 1890, the institution opens with total of eight cottages and three general buildings. Assembly Hall, the Gatehouse, and the superintendent's residence are also visible, but they all appear to have been constructed after 1892. Notice further development of the neighbouring Thirteenth Street.
